When you cold brewing the jasmine tea, the tea leaves should be made with more hot water than usual, you also can use a special tea bag. The water is best served by pure water, Generally, 10 to 15 grams of tea leaves is needed for every 1000 ml of water. Put the tea leaves in the bottom of the pot, fill in the cold water and place at room temperature for 3-4 hours. Or put it in the fridge and wait for 6-8 hours before filtering out the tea leaves. Then enjoy the elegant fragrance, sweet and mellow taste with cold brew.  If you like to add some other flavors, you also can add a little honey or lemon juice.

Tips:

Normally, white tea, jasmine green tea, tieguanyin, oolong and black tea is more suitable for cold brewing. On another hand, Rock tea and puerh tea doesn’t work as well with cold brewing.
