- If want to make a quality milk black tea, I recommend use good black tea leaves as based. Because it will releases the better aroma and fragrance, also less bitterness which flavor will perfectly blend with milk. Here I use the Yunnan ancient tree black tea (5-6 grams).
- Prepare a cup of milk(300-400ml) and some sugar(3-4 grams).
- Put the sugar into the black tea cup first. After the sugar melt, add the milk into the black tea. The ratio of tea to milk can be 2:1 or 1:1.
