Our Anji Baicha tea from Zhejiang Province that has been rediscovered and made into one of the most fabulous and sought after green teas in China. It is made by early spring buds and appears white color tea soup as white tea does. Anji Bai Cha is a very unique and exquisite green tea with nutty, umami, and sweet taste.
Tea: 4-5g per 4oz of water
Steep: Short infusions of 10 seconds, 15s, 20s, 30s, 45s, and then 1 minute until tea is steeped out. Usually 7-8 infusions
