Biluochun is a famous traditional Chinese tea, one of the top ten famous Chinese teas which has over 1000 years history.Bi Luo Chun is renowned for a strong fruity but mellow flavour. This tea is grown in plantations which also grow fragrant fruit trees in amongst the camellia sinensis plants. Add tea to the water, rather than vice-versa.
Vegetal, fresh-cut grass, peach, apricots, fruit tree oral, hint of nut.
1st infusion: Strong vegetal, wet hay, lasting a ertaste. A little astringency. 2nd infusion: More complex. Fruity, owery, nutty notes.
